## What this is

`arkhe-origin-chain` is the Substrate-based blockchain runtime that backs Origin Metaverse's economy, identity, provenance, and governance. It is **Pilar 4** of the canonical 4-pillar Origin architecture.

- **Consensus**: Aura + GRANDPA, PoA Phase 1 → NPoS Phase 2 (CHN-1).
- **Token**: $OGC, 1B hard-cap genesis supply (CHN-2).
- **Smart contracts**: ink! WASM (CHN-6).
- **Provenance**: BLAKE3 + Ed25519 asset attestation (CHN-7).
- **Fees**: HardwareTier × AssetQualityTier matrix, anti-clasista (CHN-8).
- **Governance**: AI-Driven Human-Guarded DAO (CHN-4).
- **Bridges**: Polkadot Agile Coretime + Ethereum L2, export-first (CHN-5).

## Day 1 unblock for hermanos

Sibling crates that need to compile against Origin Chain interfaces can depend on `origin-chain-types` today:

- Pure helper: `fees::compute_fee(base, hw, quality)` — canonical formula, no I/O

## Coordination policy

- **Trait-first Day 1 unblock** — every cross-sibling primitive ships as a trait before implementation lands.
- **Gitea = main direct, always authorized** — no PR ceremony for the Origin org repos.
- **3-day Design Contract max** — except foundational scope (7-day).
- **Inbox check** every slice transition (`palace_inbox_check Charon`).
- **Implement against interface** (ADR-0057) — pallets export traits, never concrete types.
